Initially, we relied solely on Figma's comment feature to flag issues, recognizing that learning new tools would burden our development team. As problems accumulated, I identified the need for structured tracking to prevent issues from being buried. In response, I introduced agile methodology and collaborated with the Product Manager to implement a Scrum board in Notion.

I designed 36 Tier 1 NFTs using Midjourney as our initial collection. To enhance user engagement, I took ownership of animating these assets with Kling AI, bringing them to life and significantly increasing their appeal.
